Training
Training that teaches the job, not the menus
Instructor-led Bentley courses, run on request for your team — online, at your office or both — and built around the projects you actually deliver.

How it's delivered
Same instructor, same material, same hands-on exercises — pick what works for your team.
Virtual classroom
Live, instructor-led sessions online. Good for teams spread across offices.
At your office
An instructor works with your team on site, on your own machines and data.
Hybrid
Some people in the room, some online — one class, one pace.
Good training keeps the lights on long after the course ends.

- STAAD FundamentalsA practical introduction to structural modelling, analysis and code-based design in STAAD. Participants build and analyze real structure types — frames, trusses and industrial support structures — rather than working through abstract examples.STAAD · Structural AnalysisFundamentals2 days
- STAAD Advanced TopicsAdvanced analysis workflows in STAAD: dynamic and seismic response, non-linear behaviour, stability and the modelling judgement that separates a running model from a correct one.STAAD · Structural AnalysisAdvanced2 days
- MicroStation EssentialsCore MicroStation skills for infrastructure work: precise 2D drafting, 3D modelling fundamentals, references, and producing consistent drawing output.MicroStation · Modeling & VisualizationFundamentals2 days
- OpenRoads FundamentalsCivil design workflows in OpenRoads: terrain models, horizontal and vertical geometry, corridor modelling and drawing production for roadway projects.OpenRoads · Civil DesignFundamentals3 days
- WaterGEMS FundamentalsBuild, calibrate and apply water distribution models: network construction, demands, scenarios, fire flow and extended-period simulation.WaterGEMS · Water & HydraulicsFundamentals2 days
- AutoPIPE FundamentalsPipe stress analysis from the ground up: modelling piping systems, applying loads, running code checks and interpreting results for safe, supportable designs.AutoPIPE · Pipe StressFundamentals2 days
- OpenPlant Fundamentals3D plant design with OpenPlant: equipment, piping and structural placement, spec-driven workflows and isometric production.OpenPlant · Plant DesignFundamentals3 days

How it works
- 01
Tell us what you need
Software, team size, experience level and preferred dates.
- 02
Short scoping call
An instructor checks where your team is and what projects are coming.
- 03
Tailored outline
You get a course outline, schedule and price to approve.
- 04
Train and follow up
Hands-on sessions, then answers to the questions that come up afterwards.
- Course materials and exercise files
- Exercises on your own data, where you can share it
- Questions answered after the course
Questions
Planning training for a team?
Tell us the software and how many people. We'll come back with an outline and price.
When do courses run?
There's no fixed public timetable. Every course runs on request, on dates that suit your team, so you're never waiting for the next open session.
How many people can attend?
Courses are run as private cohorts for your organisation. Tell us how many people need training and we'll recommend a group size that keeps everyone hands-on.
Can the exercises use our own projects?
Yes. Where you can share models or data, we build exercises around them, so the course teaches your workflows rather than generic examples.
Do you train outside Ontario?
Yes. We deliver virtually anywhere in Canada, and on-site at your office when hands-on time in the room matters.
